Weekly Report CW31

The best way to predict the future is to create it.

— Peter Drucker

How we help customers create their future

With a creative background, I know how it feels to be overwhelmed by thousands of ideas. When I’ve discovered the methods we share at OnSaPa™, my life became satisfying. Next week, I publish our three services at OnSaPa™. It’s no rocket science, just proven methods designed logically, so we can help people create their future.

To help an individual make their desired impact, we always start on them. We call the first step OnYou. We go find out their WHY and HOW with methods by Simon Sinek. We also learn about their vision of a perfect world and want to know what they would do with unlimited money. What should people say about them at their own funeral?—a classic question, though. All of this helps a person meet the writer of their future, which is the person itself. As soon our customers understand, what motivates the writer of their future, it becomes much easier to write the next chapter with intention. And it’s easier to connect the dots of the past. So OnYou is essential for us to Get On The Same Page with our customers and partners. Only then we can build a world in harmony and progress together.

The next step is up to them. Once seen the special ingredient of oneself, it’s hard not to make more out of life. If our customers want to become partners, they can start building a future OnFreedom with us. We help them create an organization that serves the life they wish to have. A life they are proud of at their funeral. We also help employees, students, and older people without the intention of building their own organisation by understanding their guiding principle. After the OnYou session, every customer can get OnSpeed with us. This is the long-term guidance we provide to help people achieve ambitious goals. For partners who are creating their future OnFreedom, it’s no question to keep them OnSpeed for us. We guide weekly and measure quarterly their progress with OKRs. Then we repeat setting new goals, all aligned to their bigger cause. We measure it again and repeat the cycle until their future is created. That’s our goal: We love to see people succeed.

Here are the three OnServices that make a powerful difference in our customer's lives. Put together:

OnYou — Discover what makes you special.
OnSpeed—Achieve ambitious goals.
OnFreedom—Create an organization for the future you want.

A final note: Especially the methods we use to get people OnSpeed, are applied by successful leaders at Intel, Google, Spotify, Twitter, Airbnb etc., Everyone who is interested in achieving more will find methods such as OKRs, CFRs and so forth themselves. But what makes the difference is to work with it. We can read and consume knowledge the whole day, but the most important thing is to use it. Only then you can create the future you want.

The Five Friday Questions (CW31)

I end every week with a Friday Report and five questions, as we implemented it at OnSaPa GmbH to keep a consistent feedback relation.

What was good?

  • Clockify is running
  • OnSaPa product website is in development.
  • List of 48 Brand Names delivered to partner for review
  • Good feedback from a partner about the weekly report
  • Product Names are set
  • Read one book

What to look at in the future?

  • Update Smartphones for less distraction
  • Don’t jump into other projects to help
  • Publish OnSaPa offering and services next Friday

What was shitty?

  • Sleep pattern became distracted.

What should stay as it is?

  • Focus on own company development

What was neglected?

  • I feel I could have done more

I will be back next Friday.

Enjoy a wonderful holiday!
