“Find Your Why”

At OnSaPa, doing a personal Why-Discovery is the first step to take. From that point, everything else cascades down on our process with clients. This week, I had the opportunity to guide two people through their why-discovery and helped them to draft their personal why. It was terrific — and I used the method by Simon Sinek. The format of a Why-Statement is:

To __________ (contribution), so that __________ (impact).

You should check out his books and talks if you’re interested in personal development.

With Start With Why, Simon started a movement to inspire people to do the things that inspire them. Millions of people now understand the concept of the Golden Circle.”

If you don’t know about the golden circle, check out this video:

My personal Why

To inspire individuals to become the best version of themselves so that together, we can contribute to a planet of harmony and progress.

OnSaPa™ — achieve more.

At OnSaPa, we connect individuals’ life vision with the work they love so that together, we can contribute to a planet of harmony and progress. To keep all contributors On The Same Page for the long term, we use a clear Strategy Guide.

It takes about three months of teamwork with an individual to develop the first version of the guide. In this guide, the imagination of an entrepreneur’s mind becomes tangible. It makes it so much easier to follow a path when we know the direction we want to go. And it makes it easier for all people who want to join the way. If we are confused, we can zoom out, check it like a map, and go back into the game. The “personal why” of the founder is the very first step to create all the other blocks of the guide. A personal Why-Statement will continuously improve and slightly change, but the direction will remain. That’s the beauty of its concept.

I’m finishing this week with a grateful feeling — that I’m able to work with two new, highly talented people on their dreams. And I can’t wait to see it unfold.

My artwork of today—guess why, eh—what 🙃

And as promised, my second “Five Friday Report Questions” of this week.

The Five Friday Questions (CW14)

What was good?

What to look at in the future?

  • I spent 13 hours on art in four days, that’s about double the amount as usual -> Automate repeating tasks.

What was shitty?

  • Currently, it’s tough to keep up with costs, and I had a “soft” mental breakdown on Wednesday.

What should stay as it is?

  • Following my Why and motivation to achieve more.
  • Keep up helping individuals to connect their life vision with the work they love.

What was neglected?

  • Sleeping hours

That’s it for the second post — I will be back next week.

Enjoy a sunny weekend!
Otto
