Let’s have Mucho Fun together
Weekly Report CW38
Yeeeeeeeha! Mucho Fun Boogie 2021!

Next week is the final week of this quarter. I already checked my OKRs and scored 0.675. It’s better than the last two quarters, where I scored 0.54. I’m happy to end this quarter with a skydiving event in Spain.
It’s called “Mucho Fun Boogie” — my brother is the founder of it. Sadly, he had an accident, and it’s still not clear if he will join. But no matter if he does or not: The Mucho Fun Boogie will happen.
I’m glad that we have invested time together to shape the boogie last quarter. Now we can work with other people while staying on his mission and vision of the event. I’m going to do my best to represent him during these days.
Today I realized, that my run #1000 is happening during the event. I hope to celebrate it with the fantastic boogers. Just nine days left, and I went for a run without missing one single day. I think perseverance is my most vital attribute.
Oh, btw. The artwork above is in production for the attendees of the Mucho Fun Boogie. Because nobody of these guys follows me, I’m leaking it already here :)
For the MFB2021–5 Years Mucho Fun Boogie:

I illustrated these creatures during phone calls with my brother. When he mentioned that we needed a shirt design, I vectorized the doodles from our calls and put them into the composition. Beni from the fantastic and talented animation collective TeamTumult mentioned once:
“If you can’t paint, make it the style of the illustration and it will look great!” — Beni Morard.

Thanks for this, Beni :> ! Okay, let’s change the topic to NFTs.
Collected NFTs for the first time

This week, I heard about this Millionaire Racoons project on Twitter. Today was their drop. Just five minutes after the drop, I decided to create a new wallet to start collecting NFTs. For now, I want to keep my creator’s wallet separated from this collection wallet. They describe the project as following:
Millionaire Raccoons League is a collection of 500 unique NFTs uniquely digital hand-drawn living on the Ethereum blockchain. Each Millionaire Raccoons comes with unlockable content; JPG format / 3508 x 4962 Pixel. Visit www.millionaireraccoons.com for more details.
What I like about the project is that the founders thought it through very deeply. There is a concept of receiving more NFTs to collectors wallets, about community building, about enabling education for people who can’t afford it.
On their Discord Server, collectors have to name their collected raccoons and give a background story. Well, as you can see above — I collected one for me and one for Alessia Wiss. They represent us pretty well. Because we love to hook up with other charming people, we added this beauty to her left:

It just makes me smile.
Stories such as these make me smile. I can’t help it. We are now thinking about the names and backstories for these Raccoons to share with the community soon.
A lot of things come together now
I can’t wait for quarter 4. It seems that a lot of investment and effort starts to payout. At this moment, there are three projects turned into businesses, and with OnSaPa, my job is to help these people succeed. After taking on four projects/businesses, I have to employ someone to scale OnSaPa’s offering.
I’m going to wait for this step until these four projects run without me. And even if it starts to payout, I’m applying for a 40% side job for some time. With this job, I’m having a fixed income that I can count on. OnSaPa works with profit shares, and I feel drained from the unexpected revenues. I think I’m on a turning point here. And I’m curious how it will unfold.
The Five Friday Questions (CW38)
I end every week with a Friday Report and five questions, as we implemented it at OnSaPa GmbH to keep a consistent feedback relation.
What was good?
- I scored 0.675 ↑ on my Q3 OKRs, which is an increase to last quarters
- I had the first meeting with a new potential partner for OnSaPa
- Read 1/2 of a psychology book about sales
- Invested 0.35 ETH (~$1000) in NFTs
- Contracted with a partner at OnSaPa to start another venture
- I reached out to a few people to get funding for WOP
- Created a T-Shirt-Design for my brother’s event
- Celebrated with a partner at OnSaPa for our anniversary
- Created business cards because three people asked after my introduction
- I’ve received excellent feedback for freelance motion design work
- Three headhunters reached out to connect me with a company
- Spread more brushes / physical marketing in Zurich for a project
What to look at in the future?
- Work on time management / distractions
- Set a production rhythm for the week
- Reflect and set new OKRs for the final quarter with Alessia Wiss
What was shitty?
- I had no business cards ready for three people but just created these.
It shows that people get hooked by my introduction, which is good.
What should stay as it is?
- My motivation to help people achieve more
What was neglected?
- I didn’t read enough in the sales psychology book.
I will be back next Friday.
Enjoy a wonderful holiday!
