Weekly Report CW32

I wrote and edited a lot this week, so I keep this one short. My goal was to publish the new OnSaPa website this week, and it’s just connecting the domain right now. Then it’s online.

OnSaPa™ services are On.

As mentioned last week, we have three interlinked services. We always start on the person, calling this step OnYou. It’s all about discovering a persons main guiding principle. Then we can get them OnSpeed to achieve more. OnFreedom is all about building an organization that is aligned to a person's future imagination.

The Five Friday Questions (CW32)

I end every week with a Friday Report and five questions, as we implemented it at OnSaPa GmbH to keep a consistent feedback relation.

What was good?

• OnSaPa website release with our services
• Good progress with the action painting partner
• Good progress on own company
• Sold an artwork for $700
• I had a great call with a nice founder

What to look at in the future?

• Bugfixing on website
• Switch into sales-mode

What was shitty?

• I couldn’t follow through on 5 am
• I can’t pay some invoices right now

What should stay as it is?

• Focus on own company development

What was neglected?

• Nothing.

I will be back next Friday.
