Weekly Report CW45

Nothing to add today on this part this week. I’m probably shifting the weekly reports to another day through the new work schedule on Thursdays and Fridays ✌️

The Five Friday Questions (CW45)

I end every week with a Friday Report and five questions, as we implemented it at OnSaPa GmbH to keep a consistent feedback relation.

What was good?

• My leg has finally stopped hurting after two months
• Met a new client for a freelance to discuss an upcoming project
• Held a meeting about creating a more effective department
• Started the implementation to create a more effective department
• Added a new NFT to Makersplace
• New OnSpeed Session upcoming

What to look at in the future?

• Still an issue: Take some time for yourself and just for yourself.
• Make an appointment with another agency for coffee
• Go on a consultancy level on ACT

What was shitty?

• Nothing.

What should stay as it is?

• To feel strong

What was neglected?

• My own “On the business work” / filing / admin stuff / invoices
• Meeting a friend from the NFT Space with video chat
• Didn’t write anything above this report :P
